USI Startup Centre

4 April 2025

On 15 April 2025, USI will host the 10th edition of the Long Night of Careers, where students can meet potential employers, attend workshops, refine their CVs, and gather inspiration to shape their professional futures. Within a reach event programme, USI Startup Centre will be present with a booth and host a dedicated company workshop offering students the chance to explore the world of innovation and entrepreneurship as well as initiatives and programmes available to them.

The USI Startup Centre is the centre of gravity for the university’s entrepreneurial community, offering an incubation programme for early-stage, science-driven startups, “desk” service for initial feedback, knowledge-sharing sessions, pitching events, and tailored support initiatives for researchers and students interested in launching a startup.

During Long Night of Careers 2025, the USI Startup Centre will be involved in two key moments:

Company Workshop
20:00 - 20:30 – Room D1.11
Listen to first-hand experience from the teams behind some of the startups currently incubated at the USI Startup Centre to gain a better understanding of what it takes to launch a startup or what founders are looking for in potential employees.

  • Samuele Morales, Incubator Coordinator, USI Startup Centre
  • Manuel Bonù, Co-founder, DEC Energy
