You have the research. You have the idea. Now comes the part nobody warns you about: building a founding team that actually works, legally, financially, and humanly.

This workshop is for PhD students, postdocs, researchers and anyone interested in exploring a startup path, with or without a team already in mind. Whether you are spinning out from a lab, co-founding with a colleague, or still figuring out who belongs at the table, this session gives you concrete tools to get it right from the start.

We will cover what a founder agreement needs to include, how to decide who owns what, when, and why, before a lawyer or an investor forces the conversation. Expect real examples, including a few cautionary stories that will make the abstract very concrete, very fast.

The workshop is organised by USI Startup Centre and led by Cecilia Molina, Deputy CEO & Manager Switzerland @ Talent Kick.

Bring your questions. Bring your doubts. Leave with clarity.
