Module 2+ Business Validation: Pivoting and resilience

In the fast-moving startup world, where customer needs, market conditions and competitive landscape are constantly evolving, founders need to be prepared to pivot their project when needed.

Module 2+ - Business Validation “Pivoting & resilience”, part of the Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training Ticino programme, is designed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge needed to evaluate and implement a pivot effectively while strengthening their resilience mindset. 

What’s included?

• Two interactive sessions, during which the participants will explore the "Where to Play" methodology (developed at EPFL), a structured approach for entrepreneurs and innovators to identify, evaluate, and prioritise market opportunities strategically.
• One-on-one coaching with the instructor (30-minute sessions to apply the methodology to your project).
• Networking apéro to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, industry experts, and mentors.

The course is led by Dario Caleffi, an international executive with over 25 years of experience and strong expertise in the startup ecosystem. A former Innosuisse Coach and active cross-border Business Angel since 2007, he supports entrepreneurs in business strategy, investment, and growth.
