The Swiss biotech company, part of the USI Startup Centre alumni network, is accelerating its work on tauopathies after promising Alzheimer’s preclinical results, with support from Creadd Ventures and business angels.

InkVivo Technologies AG, biotech company and ETH Zurich spin-off, has announced the strategic acceleration of its second internal therapeutic programme, focused on brain health and tauopathies. The decision follows promising preclinical results in an Alzheimer’s disease animal model and reflects the company’s commitment to advancing research in an area of significant unmet medical need.

The company operates on a B2B model, combining internal product development with strategic co-development partnerships to accelerate innovation in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors. Its work is based on a proprietary polymer-based platform for drug formulation and delivery, designed to enable the precise and controlled release of active ingredients.

To support this next phase, InkVivo has secured targeted resources from lead investor Creadd Ventures and business angels, which will be directed towards research and development.
