UrbanMetrix selected for the Swiss Prime Site Start-up Accelerator Programme

The startup supported by USI Startup Centre is among three companies selected to explore potential collaborations with one of Switzerland’s leading real estate groups.

UrbanMetrix, a startup incubated at USI Startup Centre, has been selected as one of three promising companies in the 28th edition of the Swiss Prime Site Start-up Accelerator Programme, organised in collaboration with Venturelab.

Selected from a pool of 80 applications, UrbanMetrix advanced to the final pitch session, where eight startups presented their innovative solutions to the Executive Management Board of Swiss Prime Site, one of Europe's leading listed real estate companies. Following the presentations, three startups were chosen to continue discussions and explore potential pilot projects and business collaborations.

UrbanMetrix develops a digital platform that integrates environmental data into the early stages of architectural design. By analysing factors such as sunlight, views, airflow and noise, its technology helps architects and real estate developers create healthier, more sustainable and better-performing buildings.
