Venture Briefing Lugano

The next Venture Briefing Lugano will take place on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00, at the East Campus USI–SUPSI. The event offers students, researchers, graduates and academic staff an opportunity to explore entrepreneurship, discover support programmes and connect over a networking lunch. 

This edition features Nikhil Prakash, Co-Founder and CTO of Jaipur Robotics, who will share insights from his entrepreneurial journey and answer questions about validating an idea, securing funding and finding support to launch a startup.

• Venture Kick: up to CHF 150,000 in pre-seed capital for business development. 

• InnoBooster: grants of up to CHF 150,000 to accelerate market entry. 

• First Ventures: up to CHF 150,000 in financial support and tailored coaching for students at universities of applied sciences. 

About Jaipur Robotics 

Founded in 2024 by Nikhil Prakash and Ermes Zamboni, Lugano-based Jaipur Robotics develops computer vision and artificial intelligence solutions for waste-to-energy plants and other industrial operations. Supported by Venture Kick, the company has raised more than CHF 4 million in funding.
