In the hectic life of a startup, diversity is sometimes seen as something to focus on later, once the company is more established. However, the most successful teams know that inclusion must be foundational from day one. This event explores how early-stage startups can intentionally build diverse teams from the ground up, creating stronger cultures, better products, and more resilient companies
What to expect:
An engaging, hands-on session combining insights, practical tools, and peer interaction. A lunch box will be offered to all participants, and there will also be the opportunity to book 1:1 meetings with Brigitte Baumann to further discuss individual startup cases.

About the speaker
Brigitte Baumann is an early-stage financing expert, venture fund GP, board member and serial entrepreneur. Named European Angel Investor of the Year in 2015 and listed among the Top 3 Female Business Angels in Europe in 2020, Brigitte brings extensive experience in guiding and supporting startups.
