In addition to Modules 1, 2, and 2+, various related events are organised. In Ticino, the following annual events take place:

• Increasing Diversity Events
  The Increasing Diversity module celebrates the strength of different entrepreneurial perspectives. It features inspiring stories and supports underrepresented groups in building inclusive, innovative, and successful startup teams.
• My First Pitch
  My First Pitch offers students and researchers with innovative ideas the chance to present their projects to a jury, receive valuable feedback, and connect with like-minded individuals. The best pitch wins a personalized coaching session with an experienced startup coach. This event is often integrated with Module 1.
• Business Apéro
  Business Apéro is an evening networking event aimed at bridging the gap between science-based startups from USI and SUPSI and the industrial sector. Many of these startups are founded by students, researchers, or professors with strong academic backgrounds but limited industry connections. Each edition focuses on a relevant theme and features roundtable discussions with industry representatives, Q&A sessions, and concludes with a networking apéro. Business Apéro is open to entrepreneurs, students, researchers, and anyone interested in launching an innovative startup.
• Alumni Events
  Alumni Events offer a unique opportunity to meet academics, innovators, coaches, and startups from other Innosuisse Business Concept cohorts. Learn from inspiring entrepreneurs with diverse backgrounds and stories.
