The Business Concept Alumni Event is an informal networking event dedicated to Business Concept alumni, as well as students, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs interested in the startup world and curious to learn how fellow entrepreneurs have built their own projects. The event is offered as part of the Entrepreneurship Training programme and organised by USI and SUPSI on behalf of Innosuisse.
This edition will feature an engaging panel discussion with two Business Concept alumni startups, BigOmics and MethylX, offering participants the chance to discover the challenges they faced throughout their entrepreneurial journey, what works, what doesn’t, as well as practical tips and insights.
Beyond these stories, the event will also showcase the projects developed during this semester’s Life Science–focused Business Concept module, held at BIOS+ in Bellinzona. These teams will present their projects and share the innovative ideas they have been working on. There will also be an award for the best pitch!
A networking apéro will follow.
