In the fast-moving startup world, where customer needs, market conditions and competitive landscape are constantly evolving, founders need to be prepared to pivot their project when needed.
Module 2+ - Business Validation “Pivoting & resilience”, part of the Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training Ticino programme, is designed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge needed to evaluate and implement a pivot effectively while strengthening their resilience mindset.
What’s included?
- Two interactive sessions, during which the participants will explore the "Where to Play" methodology (developed at EPFL), a structured approach for entrepreneurs and innovators to identify, evaluate, and prioritise market opportunities strategically.
- One-on-one coaching with the instructor (30-minute sessions to apply the methodology to your project).
- Networking apéro to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, industry experts, and mentors.
When?
First session: Monday, February 23 – 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Second session: Tuesday, February 24 – 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
