Module 2+ Business Validation: Pivoting & resilience

In the startup journey, change isn’t an exception—it’s the rule. Knowing when and how to pivot can make the difference between success and failure, but even more crucial is developing the resilience needed to navigate uncertainty, setbacks, and challenges.

Module 2+, is designed to equip you with essential tools, real-world case studies, and hands-on activities to help you evaluate and implement a pivot for your startup while strengthening your resilience mindset.

In the course, the "Where to Play" methodology (developed at EPFL) will be used: a strategic approach designed to help startups identify the best market opportunities, make informed decisions, reduce risks, and improve their chances of achieving product-market fit.
